When you complete a consultation, we collect your email address and your responses to the clinical questionnaire. When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Shopify — we do not store card details.
How we use your data
Your email is used to send your protocol recommendation and, if you opt in, product updates. Consultation responses are used to generate your personalised protocol recommendation. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session (e.g., shopping cart, consultation progress). We do not use third-party tracking cookies unless you accept them via the cookie banner.
Data retention
Consultation data is retained for 12 months to support your ongoing protocol. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
